F&C CYBERSECURITY

Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 September 2026

This policy explains how F&C Cybersecurity (“F&C”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit fncocybersecurity.com or contact us through this website. It covers website inquiries; handling of client systems, security monitoring data, and service delivery is addressed separately in the relevant engagement and data-processing terms.

Who to contact

Our business address is F&C Head Office, Buenavista 1, General Trias, Cavite, Philippines. F&C is responsible for the website inquiry information described here. For privacy questions or requests, email philip.frias@friasconsultancy.com with the subject “Privacy request”.

Information we collect

Our contact form requires your first and last name, email address, message, and agreement to use your details to respond. You may also provide your phone number, company, job title, country or region, and service of interest. We record the inquiry reference, submission time, consent indication, and email-forwarding status.

For abuse prevention, the website derives a daily identifier from your connection’s IP address to limit repeated submissions. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, and requested pages, to operate and secure the site. Please do not send passwords, sensitive incident evidence, or unnecessary confidential or personal information through the contact form.

How and why we use information

We use inquiry details to respond, understand your requirements, prepare requested proposals, and manage related correspondence. We use technical information to deliver the website, investigate errors, and prevent abuse. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing may be based on your consent, steps you request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and managing business inquiries, or a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

Service providers and sharing

Inquiries are stored in the website’s database hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. The form also sends inquiry details and the inquiry reference to FormSubmit for forwarding to F&C’s email inbox. Our hosting and email providers process information as part of delivering these services. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their practices.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address a lawful request or protect legal rights. The website contact form does not automatically send your inquiry to Check Point. Any information needed for licensing or a client engagement is handled through the relevant service process.

International processing

F&C operates from the Philippines, and website, form-delivery, and email providers may process information in other countries. Contact us for details about the arrangements relevant to your inquiry. Where applicable law requires protections for an international transfer, those requirements apply to the transfer.

Storage and retention

Inquiry records may exist in both the website database and email correspondence. Retention depends on whether an inquiry is active, becomes a client engagement, or is needed for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-related purposes. The website does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to inquiries. You can ask us about retention or request deletion using the privacy contact above; applicable legal requirements may limit deletion.

Browser storage and external content

The site stores your day or night display preference in your browser’s local storage under “fnc-theme”. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser. Article images may load from external image hosts, which receive the technical information needed to deliver those images. Following an external link takes you to a service governed by its own privacy practices.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to your personal information, correction, deletion or blocking, restriction or objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, or a portable copy where available. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You may raise a concern with us or with the relevant privacy regulator. In the Philippines, you may contact the National Privacy Commission. Rights and available remedies depend on the law that applies to your circumstances.

Security and policy updates

The website uses HTTPS, server-side form validation, and submission limits. No online transmission or storage method is entirely risk-free. If our website data handling changes, we will update this page and its revision date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
